 Sanibel Island : Accommodations

With 270 accommodations, you can choose between one- and two-bedroom suites. But Sundial suites are, in essence, home-like condominiums with full kitchens, sprawling living areas, wonderfully large bedrooms and comfortable, roomy baths. Many of the larger accommodations have washers and dryers, and not one but two cable TVs.
Studio
Studios at Sanibel's Sundial Resort have a large sleeping/living area, a kitchen, bathroom and screened balcony. Total area is 603 square feet and the kitchen is fully equipped with house wares and complimentary coffee supplies.
One-bedroom Suite
Sundial Beach & Golf Resort's one-bedroom suites have either a garden or partial gulf view. With 822 square feet, they accommodate up to four people in comfort. There is a large living/dining room, a sleeping area with a folding partition, a full kitchen complete with house wares, one bathroom, and most units have a screened balcony or lanai.
Two-bedroom Suite
The Sundial's spacious two-bedroom suites have a total area of 1,150 square feet, consisting of a large living/dining area, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths, plus a screened balcony. Choose a garden view, partial gulf view or gulf-front unit -- all are just steps from the shell-strewn beaches of Sanibel and the Gulf of Mexico.
Meeting Facilities and Services
The Sundial features 10,000 square feet of meeting space, making it the largest conference facility on Sanibel Island. Each group is assigned a personal conference planner to ensure that all special requests are met and every detail is given proper attention.
Groups of up to 300 meet comfortably in the main banquet hall, and nine versatile rooms convert easily into a variety of settings. The Sundial can also arrange catering, entertainment, special events with a theme and decorations.
